Meet Trey Georgion,a junior at Kouts High School and a young talent who's quickly making a name for himself in the acting and modeling world. While he's still fairly new to the professional scene, Trey has been passionate about performing arts for over four years and is already achieving some incredible milestones.
Trey's journey began when he was 12 years old and auditioned for the school play at Kouts. Little did he know that his first role in Shrek the Musical would kick start a successful theater career. In fact, not only did he land a role, but he also had his own solo performance. Since then, Trey has been hooked on theater, participating in a total of nine musicals and plays. Some of his favorite roles include Billy Flynn in Chicago, Rolf Gruber in The Sound of Music, and Kristoff in Frozen.
But Trey isn't just staying local—he’s taken his talents to the international stage! Recently, he competed in the International Modeling and Talent Association (IMTA) competition, where he had the opportunity to really shine. He took home an impressive 12 awards, including Male Junior Actor of the Year, 5th Overall for Male Junior Model of the Year, and was awarded a full-ride scholarship to the prestigious New York Performing Arts Academy.
When asked about his favorite part of acting and modeling, Trey’s answer is often a bit cheeky:“It’s the attention!” But in all seriousness, he also loves the opportunity to meet new people. Over the years, he’s built some amazing relationships that have helped him grow both personally and professionally.
Trey credits much of his success to the supportive environment at Kouts School, where he got his start. He’s grateful for the encouragement from the staff, coaches, and teachers, who have all played a key role in his journey. Trey is always eager to give back, offering advice and guidance to others who might be interested in pursuing their own dreams in the performing arts. He’s approachable, friendly, and genuinely loves helping others feel confident and good about themselves.
